The “Just Think It” 6 Week Boot Camp incorporate the 5 Ways to Well-Being (Take 5); as each weekly learning module is centred around: Keep Active, Take Notice, Learn, Give and Connect.

The weekly session takes place in the evening time & during the day and individuals are introduced to a new learning module each week that will increase their emotional & mental fitness as set out below:

 Introduction “Understanding Mental Health”.

  1. Thoughts, Feelings & CBT.
  2. Challenge My Negative Thinking.
  3. Introduction to Cognitive Distortions.
  4. Life Style Choices& Drugs & Alcohol.
  5. Graduation & Building for the Future.

In addition, each participant will be encouraged to introduce their new skills into home practice and test their new skills in real situations and be asked to complete a Pre-Post Evaluation using the Warwick Edinburgh Mental Well-Being Scale (WEMWBS) which will give them the opportunity to self-reflect and monitor their progress throughout the life span of the programme.
