This gentle form of exercise can help maintain strength, flexibility, and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life. Tia chi is based in Carnhill Portacabin across from the Resource Centre and supported by GSAP.

Although Tia chi is slow and gentle and doesn't leave you breathless, it addresses the key components of fitness — muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and, to a lesser degree, aerobic conditioning. Here's some of the local residents taking part.

Why not come along & join in every Tuesday from 11 am to 12 noon in the Carnhill Community Portacabin across from the Carnhill Rescource Centre.  If you would like more information please contact Lorraine at GSAP on 02871358787 or [email protected]
