St Johns Ps - FAST Works "Stress Management Session" St Johns Primary School and FAST Works parents & children are currently participating in a new six week school initiative called, "The Learn Together Club". This session was facilitated by Emmett Lynch (FAST Coordinator) . During the "Stress Management" session we explored "What causes stress" , "Signs we are stressed" & "Positive ways to help address stress". The "Stress Management" session was parent lead , fun and interactive. A key "Take Home Message" from todays session, "Make time to take care of yourself".
