Who we are News Tia Chi Classes in Carnhill Thirty Women from the Greater Shantallow Area took part in the free 12-week Tia Chi course. It is funded through the Neighbourhood Health Improvement Project & managed & hosted by GSAP. Below is a photo of some of the women doing their warm up exercises with the Tutor Caren Friel.
